Emergency Service - Rapid Reponse Time
At some point your network is going to have a serious problem. We offer 2-hour emergency response for "downed" servers. We charge extra for this emergency response service, just our standard rates plus 10% during normal (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday) business hours or plus 20% after normal business hours.
All of our Clients realizes that sooner or later they will experience some type of emergency network situation. We will do whatever we have to do to get your network back up and running. We will work with you to solve whatever problems you have, and if we see anything else that needs changes, updates or improvement, we will advise you about it.

1.Use for any Network installation or testing:
Which does not fall under one of the common categories listed below, and billed in one-hour increments.
Price: $95.00 (Minimum 4 Hours)
2. Priority Service
Priority service is available to those customers who are unable to wait the normal turn-around time for repairs to their system. This charge is added to the sale above and beyond the regular price of the service to be performed.
Price: $70.00
3. Diagnostic Charge
Diagnostic charge applied to all incoming repairs and includes a system evaluation and a diagnosis of any problem. This charge is not refundable, but we will credit $20 toward your repair labor charge.
Price: 65.00.
4. Virus Scan/Clean
Used for the detection and/or cleaning of a virus from a customer's mass storage.
Price: $85.00
5. Peripheral Card Installation
Covers the charge related to the installation of any peripheral card. Included in installation are basic testing and the loading of any drivers required for testing.
Starting At: $50.00
6. Memory/Processor Upgrade Installation
Charge for all memory and processor upgrade services, basic configuration for PC.
Starting At: $95.00
7. Mass Storage Installation
Installation of all mass storage hardware. Included under this are Hard Drives, CD/DVD-ROM, DVD R/RW , Tape Drives, Optical Drives etc.

8. Application Installation (Floppy 1-10 Disks) (Advise upgrading to newer media type)
Installation of floppy disk based application software. Installation is completed at a default level and does not include customization. Additional diskettes over 10 at $3.00 per diskette.

9. Data Transfer
For use during a Mass Storage Installation when the transfer of data is required from one storage device to a new storage device. For example, data on 20Gb HDD is transferred to a new 400Gb HDD during an upgrade. (Excludes Windows 7.)

10. Application Installation (CD/DVD-ROM, )
Installation of CD-ROM based application software. Installation is completed at a default level and does not include customization.

11. DOS/Windows16 Installation
Charge for the installation of DOS/Windows (16-bit) or both. This installation is completed at the default level and does not include customization. (Most Win 16 Apps are outdated now)

12. OS Installation (default configuration)
Installation of Operating System software, excluding DOS or Windows (16-bit). Installation is completed at a default level and does not include customization. (You must own Licensed Software or purchase through us)

13. Multimedia Installation
Installation of a Multimedia Kit. Sound card, speakers, and basic configuration.
Price: $65.00
14. CD/DVD Backup
Used to perform a system backup using a Read/Write CD/DVD system. This price does include a blank CD/DVD-Media.

15. Floppy Drive Install:
Installation of a floppy disk drive.
Price: $30.00
16. Windows XP/Vista/7 Installation
Default installation of Windows XP-Vista on a newly formatted hard drive, or perform a default upgrade on an existing compatible Windows system. Does not include special configuration or diagnosis of compatibility issues, which may arise during upgrade or install. (Minimum 2 Hrs)

Miscellaneous labor performed at a customer's site. Does NOT include trip or material charges.

18. Trip Charge
Trip charges associated with an on-site service call.

19. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation of a computer system purchased From 1World4BizTM.
Starting At: $125.00
20. Delivery and Installation plus 1 Hour Introductory Training Delivery and installation of a computer system purchased by 1World4BizTM. This includes one hour of introductory computer training. Starting At: $175.00
21. Network Troubleshooting and Repair Includes Hardware and Software diagnosis and repair (parts cost + 10%). Novell netware or Windows Tcpip configuration & testing.
