2. Priority Service
Priority service is available to those customers who are unable to wait the normal turn-around time for repairs to their system. This charge is added to the sale above and beyond the regular price of the service to be performed.

3. Diagnostic Charge
Diagnostic charge applied to all incoming repairs and includes a system evaluation and a diagnosis of any problem. This charge is not refundable, but we will credit $20 toward your repair labor charge.
Price: 65.00.
4. Virus Scan/Clean
Used for the detection and/or cleaning of a virus from a customer's mass storage.

5. Peripheral Card Installation
Covers the charge related to the installation of any peripheral card. Included in installation are basic testing and the loading of any drivers required for testing.

6. Memory/Processor Upgrade Installation
Charge for all memory and processor upgrade services, basic configuration for PC.

7. Mass Storage Installation
Installation of all mass storage hardware. Included under this are Hard Drives, CD-ROM, Tape Drives, Optical Drives etc.

8. Application Installation (Floppy 1-10 Disks)
Installation of floppy disk based application software. Installation is completed at a default level and does not include customization. Additional diskettes over 10 at $3.00 per diskette.

9. Data Transfer
For use during a Mass Storage Installation when the transfer of data is required from one storage device to a new storage device. For example, data on 1Gb HDD is transferred to a new 40Gb HDD during an upgrade. (Excludes Windows Vista.)

Used to perform a system backup using a Read/Write CD-ROM system. This price does include a blank CD-ROM.

16. Windows XP-Vista Installation
Default installation of Windows XP-Vista on a newly formatted hard drive, or perform a default upgrade on an existing compatible Windows system. Does not include special configuration or diagnosis of compatibility issues, which may arise during upgrade or install.

21. Network Troubleshooting and Repair Includes Hardware and Software diagnosis and repair (parts cost + 10%). Novell netware or Windows Tcpip configuration & testing.
